What Do We Do?
The Bookkeeping & ACH Department at the Superior Iron Range Community Federal Credit Union is responsible for TT & L payments, wire transfers, and U.S. Savings Bonds.  Questions concerning direct deposits, automatic loan payments, and ACH payments should be directed to this department as well.

Frequently Asked Questions

I set up payroll deposit.  Why did I still get a paper check?

The most likely reason that a member will still recieve a paper check after setting up direct deposit is time.  It often takes several pay periods to engage the ACH (Automatic Clearing House) credits to the account.  If you continue to recieve a check for your direct deposit of payroll, please contact your employer's payroll department in order to have the situation corrected.
